Mrs. Kale is a dynamic and experienced senior executive with 15+ years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, operations and technical support with strong administrative skills in production, manufacturing and engineering service industries and hands on 2 years of experience in educational field.
Her core area of expertise entails proficiency in finding new business domain for business growth, engineering discipline, project management & coordination in multinational and multicultural environment with major key clients like ONGC, Reliance, Seadrill offshore Ltd, Universal Energy Services, KS Drilling etc. She also possesses the innate ability to take ownership of any challenging role and proactively find opportunities to execute the goal of the challenge. Her experience in spearheading, Leading and managing various engineering departments for technical solutions in the companies she has worked for has inspired her in conceiving this idea for creating a platform to help employees learn to solve industry problems through technology and achieve career growth by upskilling themselves.

During her diverse corporate tenure, Mrs. Kale has spearheaded lead and managed various engineering departments, managed large development teams, and administered the development and dissemination of new products and technologies. Her corporate and entrepreneurship experiences ensure that she has the tools and expertise needed to establish a solid platform, create brand awareness and lead Mentutor in Canada. Besides working on the product development and managing the cross-functional team for Mentutor, she is serving as the VP of business development and sales in Technocraft Engineering Services (P) Ltd. She has also previously worked with multinational companies such as Mahalaxmi Industries (P) Ltd.

Throughout her professional career, she has exuberated tremendous energy, leadership and a team builder striving to achieve operational excellence and provide best in class service. Her corporate and entrepreneurship acumen assures that she possesses the necessary experience to establish a solid platform creating robust brand awareness in leading Mentutor in Canada.

Mrs. Kale is a graduate from the University of Mumbai, India. She has a Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering and a Master’s degree in Bio-medical engineering from the same. She has also successfully completed Training program on Programmable logic controller by SIMENS PLC.

Mrs. Kale is passionate to contribute to the growth of the Canadian economy by providing a platform through which citizens can upskill themselves and boost the country’s economic and social development. She envisions Mentutor as a platform which is focused on helping employees learn to solve industry problems through technology and achieve career growth. Sadique Muhammed Haneef

Mr. Haneef is an IT professional with strong background in implementation and administration of network systems and computer hardware. He has a total of 16 years experience in the design and implementation of computer network. He has a proven record developing solutions that improve efficiency of IT and business operations. Innovative and ready to provide leading-edge technological business solutions, utilizing strong research, problem solving and analytic skills to design and develop appropriate systems.

Mr. Haneef is currently involved with Al Nabooda Interiors, LLC. Which is based in Dubai as a Network administrator and during his tenure over there he has been responsible for designing and implementation of network infrastructure for Head Offices and Branch offices. FortiGate firewall implementation and administration in head office and corporate office and centralization of branches through MPLS and VPN line via FortiNet Firewall.

Sadique has been previously involved with various multinational IT companies such as Fabtech Fze, The Travancore Heritage and Comsol Private Limited.

He has earned a Master’s degree in computer applications, from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and also holds a bachelor’s degree in the same. He also holds a diploma in Computer Engineering and a CISCO certified network associate.

Mr. Sandhu is a successful entrepreneur with over 7+ years of experience in providing Manpower Security & Facility management services to clients like educational institutes, malls, factories and corporate houses. He has single-handedly established a start-up company named 99 Hind Suraksha Private Limited where he is involved as the director of the company. He possesses vast exposure in handling different profiles, like operations management, leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams including but not limited to customer service, technical support, recruiting, administrative and sales. He steered operations of his business starting from establishment activities to recruiting employees which also included setting processes to building networks with stakeholders and customers, overseeing sales, and connecting with cross-functional teams.

He is also involved in a company M/S. Sunshine Marbles & Granites as Partner for almost 10 years now. So, overall Harmeek has close to a decade of experience in handling operations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India and various certifications in Industrial training and Mechanical CAD. Mrs. Cahid has over 8+ years of industry experience overseeing sales figures, preparing daily and weekly progress report, presentations and providing comprehensive support to the CEOs, Board of Directors, and Executive Team. She also has experience with various companies in digital marketing, content writing and advertising space. Currently, she is working as an executive assistant to the founder at Cubedots based in Turkey, Istanbul and is responsible for the development and management of the business for while adopting the use of modern marketing technologies along with preparing daily sales report and expense reports for the executives. Prior to this she has worked in other MNC’s such as Magickwoods exports Pvt Ltd, Zebro Officemate Pvt Ltd, Spazio leathers, Crown Leather Crafts and Leather Talks.

She is a seasoned communications specialist and possesses functional knowledge of Communication and Journalism, Web and social media, Advertisements and Public Relations. Her educational qualifications include a B.COM (Bachelor’s degree) from Calcutta University and an MBA degree (Marketing & H.R) from Kalyani University, West Bengal, India.
